1. Who we are

2. What the service is

Evoke Event is an online catalogue and request service for event services in Georgia: DJs, singers, hosts, photographers, videographers, venues and others (“partners”). We show partner profiles, help you compare them, and pass on your request. Using the website to browse, compare and save partners is free for visitors.

The details of the service you order (what is included, price, date, payment and cancellation terms) are set in the offer or confirmation you receive for your request. Until you confirm an offer, nothing is booked.

3. Information on the website

Profiles, photos, prices, capacities and other details come from partners and from us. We check them as far as we reasonably can, but they can change, so treat them as a guide. Availability and final conditions are valid only when they are confirmed to you by Evoke or by the partner.

4. Your requests

  • Give correct contact details and a true description of your event.
  • Do not send false, repeated, abusive or automated requests. We use spam limits and may block senders who misuse the forms.
  • Your request reaches Evoke first. We pass the event details (not your phone number or email) to the partners you ask about, and we contact you with their offer. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Accounts

You can create an account with your email address (we confirm it with a code). Keep your password secret and tell us if you think someone else uses your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms or the law.

6. Sponsored places and ranking

Places that are paid for are labelled (for example “Sponsor” or “Promoted”). Payment does not change the order of a ranking that is based on real views, saves and requests.

7. EVI, our assistant

EVI answers questions and suggests partners from this website. It is an automated tool and can make mistakes. Check important details with us or with the partner before you decide. Do not write sensitive personal data (such as ID numbers or card numbers) in the chat.

8. Our content and yours

The design, texts, logo and software of the website belong to us or our licensors. Profiles, photos and texts of partners belong to the partners, who allow us to show them here. Do not copy, collect (scrape) or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Responsibility

We work to keep the website correct and available, but we cannot promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. Partners are responsible for the services they provide. We are responsible for our own services as far as the law and our written offer say, and nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

10. Other websites

The website may link to other websites (for example social networks). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the new version applies.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. We prefer to solve any problem together first; write to info@evokeevent.ge. If we cannot agree, the dispute goes to the competent court in Georgia.
