Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Some websites also use other browser storage (local storage) for the same purpose. This page explains what evokeevent.ge uses. More about your data is in the Privacy Policy.
1. Needed for the website to work
These do not need your consent.
- evoke_lang (cookie, 1 year): remembers the language you chose.
- Sign-in cookies (until you sign out or up to about 2 weeks): keep you signed in to your account and remember your screen settings.
- evoke_plan, evoke_favorites, evoke_compare (local storage): your “My event” plan, saved and compared partners, so they are still there when you return.
- evAi (session storage): the current EVI chat in this tab.
- evoke_consent (local storage): your answer about cookies on this page.
2. Statistics, analytics and advertising
If these tools are switched on for the website, they are loaded only after you accept in the cookie notice, and they set their own cookies:
- Google Analytics (for example _ga, _ga_*): how the website is used.
- Meta Pixel (for example _fbp): measuring and showing our ads.
Independently of these, we count how many times each partner profile is viewed, saved or requested. These counts are anonymous totals per partner and per day.
3. Services loaded from other companies
- Google Fonts: the website’s fonts may be loaded from Google, which then sees your IP address.
- Videos (YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram): a partner’s video is loaded only after you press play on it. From that moment the video service may set its own cookies and sees your IP address.
- Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): on the sign-up form, if switched on.
4. How to change your choice
If you refuse, the optional tools stay off. You can change your mind by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings (cookies and site data); the cookie notice will then ask you again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, but then some parts (language, sign-in) may stop working.
