1. Who is responsible for your data
[company name] (identification code [ID code]), [address], runs evokeevent.ge and decides how your personal data is used (“we”). Contact: info@evokeevent.ge, +995 511 41 46 46.
2. What we collect
- Requests (“Request quote”, “Let’s talk”, My event): your name, phone, email, the details of your event (type, date, city, guests, notes) and the partners you ask about.
- Account: name, email, phone (if given), a password (stored only in protected form), the confirmation codes we email you, and, for partners, the profile you fill in (business name, texts, photos, links, cities, services).
- Your plan, saved and compared partners: kept in your browser; for a signed-in client the plan is also kept in the account so you can continue on another device.
- EVI chat: the messages you write. To answer, they are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini). Do not write sensitive data in the chat.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of requests, used for security and to stop spam. Limits on how often a form can be sent are based on it.
- Statistics: we count views, saves and requests of each partner profile. If analytics and advertising tools are switched on, they collect data only after you accept cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Why we use it
- To answer your request and, through us, bring it to the partners you ask about (needed to give you the service you ask for).
- To run your account and sign you in safely (contract).
- To keep the website secure and stop spam and abuse (our legitimate interest).
- To measure and improve the website, and to show our ads to the right people (only with your consent).
- To answer your questions and keep records that the law requires.
4. Who gets it
- Partners you ask get only what they need to say whether they are available and at what price: your name, the type, date, city and size of the event, the venue and your notes. They do not get your phone number or email: we contact you ourselves and pass on their offer. We hide phone numbers, email addresses and links that you write in free text before a partner sees it.
- Service providers that help us run the website: hosting, email sending, spam protection, the AI service for EVI, and (only with your consent) analytics and advertising services. Some of them are located outside Georgia, for example Google. We use them only to the extent needed for the service.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep requests and account data for as long as needed for the purposes above, for the life of your account, and for the time the law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see below). Technical security data is kept for a short period.
6. Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable form, and you may withdraw a consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before). Write to info@evokeevent.ge; we answer within the time set by law. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
7. Security
We protect the website with an encrypted connection (HTTPS), store passwords only in protected form, limit who can see the data, and use spam and abuse protection. No online service is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to use a strong, unique password.
8. Children
The website is meant for adults who plan events. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
